Following the safety audit conducted on 28 June 2026, all site personnel must wear updated harness equipment when working above 2 metres. Non-compliance will result in immediate stand-down. Contact your HSE officer for the new harness allocation schedule.

Heat Stress Protocol — Summer 2026
As temperatures exceed 40°C, mandatory rest periods of 15 minutes per hour apply to all outdoor workers between 12:00–16:00. Supervisors must log compliance daily. Water and shaded rest areas must be available at all times. See HSE-OP-014 for full protocol.
