Al Raffa Land Development is one of the largest infrastructure enabling works packages awarded in Bahrain in the last decade — a 102-hectare masterplan preparing land for residential, commercial, and community use between two of the Kingdom's principal highways.

• Primary and secondary road network — 14.2 km total.
• Potable water, foul sewerage, storm drainage, and irrigation networks.
• Medium-voltage electrical distribution corridors and substations civil works.
• Telecom ducting and street lighting throughout the development.
